The European Investigative Journalism and Dataharvest Conference organised by Journalismfund.eu, is the most relevant networking event for investigative and data journalists in Europe. Dataharvest EIJC17 will take place on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday morning 21 May 2017, with a pre-conference Hack Day on Thursday 18 May.

Hungarian journalists have a special knack for following EU money – hear about their tools and methods. Investigative center Átlátszó has built a data-based map of EU funds for tracking corruption, wrongdoings and misuse of European public money, while Direct36 followed EU money through data and on the road to disclose prime minister Orbán family's hidden involvement in public projects.
