Chiara Sighele works at OBC Transeuropa, (www.balcanicaucaso.org, Italy), a think tank reporting on current developments of six EU member states, of seven EU accession countries and much of the post-communist Europe included in the European Neighborhood Policy, which is member of the ECPMF consortium from the start. 

As passionate project manager in charge of coordinating OBC's activities within the ECPMF, Chiara has been supporting her organisation's and the consortium's efforts in developing networks for increased awareness and protection of media freedom in Europe.
